Another really fast artist! The timeout on their Skeb requests is 1 day, so Penda either accepts your requests almost immediately... or doesn't I guess.
Penda recently drew HK416 as a JK and I really liked that, "that's a great idea, it's even seasonal right now!". Being a bit chuunibyou suits her well so I asked for JC version accordingly, and to suit the current time of year. The cherry blossoms are officially blooming as of last week, so it's perfect timing.
